Scouting OLA

For over 50 years, Scouting has been an integral part of youth ministry at Annunciation Parish, developing the future leadership of our church and community. Our  Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Venturing Crew and American Heritage Girls serve the youth of our parish throughout their formative years.

Boy Scout Troop 280   invites young men ages 11 – 17 to join our Troop.  Troop 280 is a Scout-Led Troop, where our more experienced Scouts lead younger Scouts, with the adult leadership on hand to mentor them. We meet  Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. in the gym.  If you are interested please email Troop Master Mario Vargas

Venturing

Venturing Crew 280 emphasizes building strong leaders in young men and women between the ages of 13 and 20 years of age. This is done through reaching out to the community, deepening religious and ethical commitments, and organizing activities, like rock-climbing, backpacking, camping, plays, and much more.  Want to know more? Contact Crew Advisor Jason Follingstad.
